Cancellation policy

If you wish to rescheduled this needs to be done 48 hours before your appointment time for your deposit to be transferred to your next appointment. We have a 15 minute late policy, exceeding 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

*All deposits are non refundable but will be held on your account and added to future appointments as long as the policy above has been followed*


Anything written in the NOTES section of your booking DOES NOT guarantee any additional service.
